RECIPE FROM ROLLY'S KITCHEN

Turkey Meatloaf

2lb ground turkey breast
1 cup of chopped onions
4 egg whites
1 cup chunky salsa
1/2 cup uncooked oatmeal
1/2 tsp pepper
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 cup ketchup

Preheat oven to 350. Mix everything but ketchup in a bowl. Place mixture in a meatloaf pan and cover with ketchup. Cover and bake 1 hour. Serve.

Nutrients per serving:
Calories: 122
Fat: 1g
Carbs: 3g
Protein: 25g

In southern Ontario I could not find chopped turkey breasts (only turkey thighs) and no uncooked oatmeal. Could you list "common" ingredients so I wouldn't need to bother the nice people in the supermarkets?
