FROM ROLLY'S KITCHEN!
Dealer Dave the time has come to put your culinary skills to the test again (Rolled Oats Not Required).CHOCOLATE CHIP BANANA MUFFINS
Dry Mixture:
2 cups flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
Moist Mixture:
1/2 cup butter or margarine
3/4 cup sugar
2 large eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
1 cup ripe banana***
Mix first 3 dry ingredients. Stir in chocolate chips. Cream butter and sugar with electric mixer. Beat eggs in, 1 at a time and add vanilla. Add moist mixture to dry mixture. Stir until batter is moist but still lumpy. Fill 12 baking cups approximately 3/4 full. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes. YEILD: 12 Muffins.
***Dealer Dave, ripe bananas means the peel is black! (Ha! Ha!)
